A 21^st century passenger terminal boasting 20million passenger capacity and committed with sustainability to reduce 40% CO₂ emissions.

After carrying out due diligence of the Fire, Lighting and BMS Packages which were all out-sourced, Salim Khan was placed as the BMS Leader to manage the implementation and commissioning of this prestigious project. Extremely demanding and challenging project boasting to be the largest and safest project of its kind in UK.

Project Details

This is a very large scale project that has significance in the London area.. This facility has an energy center, via biomass CHP fueled by woodchips from local renewable sources. 

We liaised with well renowned Architect Grimshaws, Services Engineer Hoare Lea and a JV between Ferrovial and Laing O’ Rourke.
