A strategic HQ location in the EMEA region for our client, FPC have been instrumental in delivering Commissioning services and assisting with deploying 20 cyber compliant Digital Building projects across 3 buildings in Israel.

FPC was awarded the comprehensive landlord and tenant hard maintenance services contract at Hachette’s newly refurbished UK HQ (Central London) in October 2015. 

FPC were awarded the tender for a significant turnkey project to supply, install, commission and provide after care for a new 1.25mV Generator installation at a new £50m distributed warehouse facility for a key client. Capable of supporting a fully operational distribution warehouse and associated office space.

FPC has recently completed a further phase of Salesforce tenant fit-out works at the world class Heron Tower, in Central London. Salesforce, the world leading CRM SaaS technology company, is rapidly growing in London, the HQ for EMEA operations.

FPC are delighted to be providing LEED, BREEAM and Enhanced client-side Commissioning and Energy services for Google’s flagship European HQ development at Kings Cross, London.

FPC were selected by Wells Fargo Bank to provide comprehensive Commissioning Services to their new 200,000 sq ft flagship EMEA HeadQuarters in Monument, Central London.
