We are delighted to welcome Iain Paterson to our Senior Leadership Team as Global Head of Program Management, where he will be leading our Program Management function, incorporating our global Program & Project Management and PMO teams. Iain will lead the successful delivery of global programs and projects within the FPC Portfolio throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, and provide strategic leadership to the function as we scale our Program Management & PMO teams, tools and services together with growing our global delivery capability.  

Iain has over 30 years experience in program, governance, and transformation management, leading complex and business-led initiatives in a variety of industries and regions, including technology and energy programs. His experience providing strategic direction and oversight for global portfolios, programmes and projects will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outcomes, value and impact for our clients and stakeholders.
