FPC Group Appoints Mark Miller as new Managing Director of FPC Life Sciences

FPC Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Miller as the new Managing Director of FPC Life Sciences — a major milestone as we continue to grow and strengthen our leadership in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Mark is a passionate and trusted business leader with a track record of more than 25 years of deep, hands-on experience in EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Validation) project execution, having successfully led the design and delivery of some of the industry’s most complex and technically demanding facilities across the world.

From inception of an investment to start-up, Mark’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a relentless focus on quality. His appointment signals our intentions for FPC Life Sciences as we continue to expand our capabilities and with it the value we can provide to our customers.

Mark’s Key Areas of Expertise Include:

• Proven track record leading end-to-end project lifecycles from business case through to operational readiness 
• Proven execution experience in shaping projects for customers to achieve the best project outcome
• Deep technical expertise in process design engineering
• Cross-disciplinary knowledge across aseptic processing, API, OSD, vaccines, and advanced biotech manufacturing
• Skilled in managing and motivating high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across international projects

Mark is widely respected in the industry for his ability to navigate technical complexity, align stakeholder interests, and deliver sustainable facilities that improve lives through science and innovation.

As Managing Director of FPC Life Sciences, Mark will play a crucial role in:

• Leading our specialist life sciences division as we expand across key international markets
• Strengthening relationships with clients and partners
• Enhancing our technical capabilities and talent development
• Supporting the design and delivery of world-class pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities that set new benchmarks in quality, digitalisation, sustainability and innovation
