FPC is delighted to welcome three fantastic new members to our IoT Services Group team in the Americas, Curtis Hilger, Jeff Mikkelsen and Ajit Gunjal. 

Curtis Hilger joins FPC as a Senior Digital Buildings & IoT Consultant Engineer offering a multidisciplinary approach to facilities management, building automation, systems integration and emergent IoT solutions. With over two decades of combined experience in both mechanical and software engineering, Curtis has focused his efforts as a solutions architect consulting on energy efficiency, remote monitoring and data analytic projects for large commercial real estate and federal customers.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and is based in San Francisco.    

Curtis said - ‘It is a pleasure to join the team at FPC and I look forward to both learning from and contributing to their growing portfolio of work. It is an exciting time to join an accomplished group of professionals with a strong commitment to advancing Digital Buildings and IoT’.

Jeff Mikkelsen Jeff Mikkelsen joins FPC as a Digital Buildings & IoT Consultant Engineer.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and brings with him decades of building automation, facilities management, and commissioning experience gained across the facilities lifecycle of many large scale buildings and portfolios. He has witnessed (and played a small part in) the evolution of building automation during his delivery of numerous automated building projects across a wide variety of industry sectors, over the past 27 years. 

Jeff said - 'It's great to join such a high caliber team of industry experts at FPC. Moreover to be involved with cutting edge building IoT technology and supporting the top tier global clients is truly exciting’.

Ajit Gunjal joins us as a Technical Project Manager, within the IoT Services Group where he will be responsible for delivery of global technical project management services for a high value client. Based out of Ottawa (Canada),  Ajit has 15 years of experience of service and project delivery within the Building Automation industry where he extensively worked on a variety of Building Automation systems including Honeywell, Johnson Controls and Carrier. 

Ajit said ‘IoT is an exciting field and, having been involved in various enterprise transition programmes covering asset types from vending machines to scientific instruments, IoT manages to be both new and familiar. I’m looking forward to working with the impressive team at FPC and contributing to the delivery of programmes that will provide decades of value to our clients.’
